Why only trick or treat downtown, when you can also join the fun, festivities and games planned by Corvallis Parks & Recreation and co-sponsored by our Public Library? Light refreshments, Halloween trinkets and, of course, candy will be provided while supplies last. Costumes highly encouraged! Ages 2-10. Registration is not required.
