Children and their families are invited to join Corvallis Parks & Recreation, the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library, and the Youth Volunteer Corps for a SPOOKTACULAR evening of costumes and Halloween games!
This is a fun, safe event for younger children accompanied by adults. Enter the parking garage through the back parking lot at the Corvallis Public Library.
