Join us for a free, in-person cooking demonstration and showcase of cookbooks at C3! Learn how to prepare a recipe demonstrated by a local chef, then sample the dish and browse cookbooks related to the recipe and theme. In April, we will be joined by chef Elena Chavarría and Carlos Valdés Chavarría of El Comal y La Olla to learn about the power of corn through dishes that center this culturally important food. Participants will learn more about different dishes made with corn including handmade organic blue corn tortillas.
