Join us for a free, in-person cooking demonstration and showcase of cookbooks at C3! Learn how to prepare a recipe demonstrated by a local chef, then sample the dish and browse cookbooks related to the recipe and theme. January's theme is Farmer-to-Table with Luke Carlson, Chef and Owner of Corazón. Luke and staff will take ingredients from their favorite farms and demonstrate how to use them in creative ways, with unusual techniques and flavors suitable for both the ambitious home chef, as well as the curious cookery novice.

This event series is co-sponsored by C3, Corvallis-Benton County Public Library, and Corvallis Sustainability Coalition.
