Have you seen the bronze dog in the children’s area of the Corvallis Public Library? That’s a sculpture of Dustee the whippet, a beloved Reading Education Assistance Dog who listened to thousands of children read between 2005 and 2018.
Please join us on August 24, 2023 to celebrate the memory of Dustee, with events such as:
- Dog-themed Storytime in Central Park at 10:30 AM
- R.E.A.D. dogs in the Main Meeting Room at 3:30 PM
- Self-guided activities in Youth Services all day long
