Learn about the health benefits of simple mindfulness exercises involving nature that can be easily integrated into your daily routine.

After a brief introduction and presentation of evidence, we will practice together in this fun and engaging workshop, intended for ages 14 and up. There is no prior knowledge, special skills, or equipment required.

Sabine Huemer, Professor of Practice at the OSU School of Psychological Science and Certified Forest Health Consultant, will lead this workshop. Meet in the Main Meeting Room, and we will head outside into Central Park.
