Kids Book Club Kit

The Kids Book Club Kit is for kids reading beginning chapter books. The Kids Book Club includes a paperback copy of a beginning chapter book, discussion questions, and a craft. A limited number of copies of each kit’s book is provided by the Friends & Foundation of the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library.

In The Lost Whales, marine life expert Connor needs to use his underwater expertise to help save a pod of humpback whales that have lost their way. Along with space expert Roshni, he sets out in a submarine to search for a way to steer the whales back on track, but encounters unexpected problems along the way, including lost baby whales and a fleet of boats. Will The Secret Explorers manage to succeed in their mission?

A limited number of kits will be available for pick-up beginning Saturday, July 5, 2025, on a first-come, first-served basis at each library branch.
