Coming Near You: Duplexes, Triplexes and More

With a focus on increasing Corvallis' capacity to accommodate expected growth, this program will begin with an opportunity to view maps and designs for current and planned buildings in Corvallis neighborhoods. Jason Yaich, Planning Division Manager for the City of Corvallis, will then answer such questions as:

• What building is occurring or has been approved?
• What demographics and geographic areas are being impacted?
• Is the city meeting the state's housing goals?
• What land is still available?
• What are the challenges for the city and builders?
• What options do I have for my property?

The program will also include an opportunity for attendees to participate in small group discussions to respond to what they’ve heard and to make suggestions for resolving some of the future issues.
