Irene and Armand have been hiking together for over 19 years, and enjoy everything from short local hikes to multi-month backpacking trips and lead hikes for the Sierra Club. They will lead you through hiking planning strategies, including choosing a route, food prep, permits, and gear decisions. Tales from the trails will be interwoven with their recommendations for a successful hiking season.
