Program Description

Event Details

In partnership with Benton County Mental Health, CBCPL is offering a monthly virtual workshop series for teens 14 years and older for anxiety support from 4-5pm on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in November, December, and January. At each workshop, teens will learn about different aspects of anxiety, various coping skills, and have a safe space to share about their experiences with moderation from a therapist with Benton County Mental Health.

PLEASE NOTE: This group is meant for youth education and support; the instructor is not acting in a clinical capacity, and these sessions are for community support, rather than a clinical therapy program. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to maintain privacy for all attendees, and confirm that you are a teen at least 14 years of age.

Registration is required for each workshop. Materials will be provided to participating teens. There is no cost for these services.

We will be using GoToMeeting for these workshops. Links and passwords will be shared only with registered teens.
