Infant Storytime occurs every Tuesday from 10:30 - 11:00 AM and is for children 0-12 months old.

This event takes place at the Monroe Community Library, 380 N. 5th St., in Monroe, OR.

Job-seekers and anyone with career and employment questions are invited to drop in to meet with an Employment Specialist from Worksource Oregon.

Children of all ages and their families are invited to join us for an interactive storytime full of books, songs, and music.

Toddler storytime occurs every Wednesday from 10:30 - 11:00 AM and is for children 1-3 years old.

Preschool storytime is for children 3-5 years old and happens every Thursday from 10:30-11:00 AM.

Family Storytime is for children of all ages.

Saturday Stories is a storytime for children of all ages. 

Learn about tools, resources, and practices to keep your computer secure and protect your privacy online in this free, librarian-led workshop in the 2nd floor classroom.

Free play with Legos and Duplos

Spend the afternoon building LEGO and DUPLO creations! All ages welcome.

Kids can practice reading in any language to a trained therapy Reading Education Assistance Dogs (READ Dogs) on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 3:30pm-4:30pm. Permission form is required and filled out on-site. Limited spots available.

Patrons of all ages are invited to play with a variety of building toys. Each week a new engineering challenge will be issued for patrons to attempt. Can you build the highest tower? Can you build the strongest bridge?

Come learn the basics of Neurographic Art from local artist
Jaqui Eicher! Open up your creativity and take some time
for self-care by exploring this mindful free-form art style.

The Philomath Evening Book Club meets on the first Tuesday of each month at the Philomath Community Library. Copies of book club books are available each month at the library; please ask at the front desk.
