Week Calendar

Infant Storytime occurs every Tuesday from 10:30 - 11:00 AM and is for children 0-12 months old.

This event takes place at the Monroe Community Library, 380 N. 5th St., in Monroe, OR.

Children of all ages and their families are invited to join us for an interactive storytime full of books, songs, and music.

Toddler storytime occurs every Wednesday from 10:30 - 11:00 AM and is for children 1-3 years old.

Preschool storytime is for children 3-5 years old and happens every Thursday from 10:30-11:00 AM.

Family Storytime is for children of all ages.

Special themed storytime followed by hands-on activities that encourages the exploration of literacy, math and science. Program is designed for preschool-aged children. 

Children and their adults are invited to a playtime immediately following storytime on the fourth Wednesday of every month. Adults may visit with each other while children play with the provided toys.

C3 book Club meets once per month and is a collaboration between Corvallis Parks and Recreation and the Corvallis Benton County Public Library.

Learn to shop safely, find product reviews and compare prices. Bring a computer or use one of ours.

Get ready to write your novel! Learn tips for completing the November Novel Writing Challenge, create an outline or storyboard for your novel, name your characters, build your world, and bounce ideas off of other local writers.

Beginning readers are invited to practice reading in any language to a trained therapy Reading Education Assistance Dogs (READ Dogs) on the fourth Tuesday of the month.

Join us for a showing of the classic Halloween movie: Beetlejuice (rated PG)! Runtime is 92 min. Snacks will be provided! This is a free event for teens in grades 6-12.

Children and their families are invited to join Corvallis Parks & Recreation, the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library, and the Youth Volunteer Corps for a safe, exciting and not too spooky evening of costumes and Halloween games! &nbsp

Make some crafts with the Library and The Arts Center. All ages welcome! Supplies provided.

Join us for Cooks and Books, a free, in-person cooking demonstration and showcase of cookbooks at C3 (Corvallis Community Center, 2601 NW Tyler Ave).

Tweens and Teens, grades 4-12, can play Nerf Games at the Philomath Community Library after it closes! The library provides NERF blasters, darts, and snacks.
