The Corvallis-Benton County Public Library will be highlighting the popularity and power of games and play, monthly on the third Saturday of each month through April 2024.
Join us for Games Day beginning on Saturday, February 17th from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room and continuing monthly on the 3rd Saturday of the month through April (Feb. 17, Mar. 16, and Apr. 20). A wide variety of board games, card games, and video games for all ages will be free to play on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees may drop in at any time during the event to try new games, play old favorites, or simply watch all of the fun.
Examples of games that will be available include classic favorites such as Candyland, Chutes & Ladders, Monopoly, Scrabble, Chess, and Checkers; new standards such as Settlers of Catan, Forbidden Island, Apples to Apples, and Pandemic; and various video games for consoles such as Nintendo Switch.
