Join us for free yoga classes for more wellness from certified yoga instructor Celinda Miller, meeting weekly on Tuesdays from 2:00-3:30pm from 3/31 through 5/5. Drop ins welcome!

Class members learn simple, doable, gentle yoga practices and other practical mind-body exercises to improve breathing, posture, strength, flexibility, balance, rest, and mood. Sitting, standing, and mat postures will be offered. Please bring your own mats and yoga props, if you have them.
